Tiny Tots Therapy Inc. opened its doors in 2007 with an outpatient pediatric center. Since then we have relocated into a new building
in the heart of downtown Scotch Plains, and have grown into a leading school-based therapy provider for schools in NJ. We also recently started accepting Insurance plans.
We now service children not only in the outpatient center and children's homes, but also provide school-based direct and consultative therapy services to schools in north, central and south NJ.

Our mission is to provide superior quality pediatric therapy services combining traditional therapy with complimentary methods of treatment.
We promote the highest ethical and professional standards in pediatric therapy, and aim to maximize independence in functional skills in our children, provide support to our parents/caregivers, and increase awareness in our communities. We are trained in many innovative traditional and alternative therapy techniques to provide the best treatment for each child and to keep challenging them for higher level skills.

Our practice includes, but is not limited to, the treatment of children with various diagnosis such as Cerebral Palsy, Down's Syndrome, Developmental delays, Neurological impairments, Autism/ Pervasive developmental disorder, Asperger's, Sensory Integration Dysfunction, Learning disability, ADHD/ADD, Apraxia, Gross/fine motor delays, visual perceptual-motor and auditory processing deficits, Oral-Motor and feeding concerns, Graphomotor deficits and emotional/behavior concerns.
