The Children’s Hemiplegia and Stroke Association is a non-profit organization which provides information and support to families of children who have hemiplegia, hemiparesis, or hemiplegic cerebral palsy. These conditions are often caused by a stroke in an infant and may also be the result of a number of different conditions.
